Volkswagen has unveiled a heavy-duty off-road version of the ID.4 GTX electric crossover – it’s called the ID. Xtreme still has the status of a show car.
From the standard version of the “four”, the new development on the outside differs in increased ground clearance, 18-inch wheels with multi-spoke alloy wheels, an imitation of a kengurin in front, and the presence of massive wheel arch extensions. In addition, horizontal additional headlights with LED elements are installed on the roof of the electric car, there is also underbody protection at the front and rear (made of aluminum sheets).
Inside, there are original upholstered seats with Alcantara inserts and orange accents.
The electric car was also equipped with an engine exhaust sound simulator.
In terms of technology, the ID.4 Xtreme does not differ from the serial ID.4 GTX, that is, it has four-wheel drive and two electric motors with a total power of 285 kW (382 hp).
