Compact crossover Opel Grandland survived the upgrade. The models changed the exterior and interior, and the prefix in the form of the letter X was removed from the name.
In accordance with the latest iteration of Opel's signature design, the crossover received a style element called Vizor ("visor") - this is a composition of headlights visually combined into a single horizontal element. Between them is not a radiator grill, but a panel that hides an infrared radar and a night vision system (it works at a distance of up to 100 m). The headlights are now made using matrix technology and consist of 84 LEDs each.
More changes in the cabin - a new front panel has been used with a digital instrument cluster and media system screen combined under a single glass. The diagonal of the first display is 12 inches, the second one is 10 inches. Another was the design of the ventilation deflectors, gearshift lever and other elements.
In the list of Grandland equipment with modernization, all-round cameras, adaptive cruise control, an active lane keeping system, and an automatic parking attendant appeared.
There is no information about changes in the part of the engines. Recall that the range of the outgoing Grandland X is as follows:
petrol turbo engines - 1.2 l (power 130 hp), 1.6 l (180 hp);
turbodiesels - 1.5 l (130 hp);
hybrid systems - 1) 1.6 l + electric motor (224 hp), 2) with the possibility of recharging from the network - 1.6 l + two electric motors (300 hp).
All versions of the Grandland X are front-wheel drive, except for the plug-in hybrid, which has all-wheel drive.
Opel Grandland X has been produced since 2017, the car is 4477 mm long, built on the PSA EMP2 modular platform.
