Ringbrothers Unveils Four Cool American-Style Cars at SEMA

Ford

Specializing in deep car tuning, the American firm Ringbrothers presented four spectacular show cars at SEMA-2022.

The first is a futuristic Enyo hot rod with a redesigned cab from a 1948 Chevrolet truck. 10,000 man-hours have been invested in the creation of the machine, it is unique not only in design, but also in construction. The chassis uses cantilever suspensions - similar to those that can be seen in formula-type cars.

The car is driven by an 8.4-liter Goodwin V8 gasoline marine engine. Power - 1000 hp, it is aggregated with a 4L80 gearbox from Chevrolet Corvette, and according to the transaxle scheme, that is, the gearbox is directly docked with the rear axle (the gearbox and final drive are assembled in a single housing). Exhaust system - with unique titanium tailpipes.

Another brainchild of Ringbrothers is the Bully restomod based on the 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer frame SUV. This car was kept almost the original retrobody, modernized with only small touches - LED headlights and lanterns, wheel arch extensions, etc. At the same time, a modern 6.8-liter Chevrolet LS3 gasoline engine equipped with a 2.9-liter supercharger was implanted under the hood. The return of the internal combustion engine is 1200 hp, it is combined with a 4-speed automatic transmission and Dana axles on both axles (front models - 44, rear - 60). In the suspension for each wheel, double shock absorbers with adjustable stiffness are used. The front suspension is made according to an independent scheme, the rear - according to a dependent one. Powerful Baer brakes with six-piston calipers and exclusive HRE rims are installed.

The third show car from Ringbrothers is the Ford Mustang Mach 1 Patriarc muscle car. The original steel body of the 1969 Mustang is extended here in the area of \u200b\u200bthe wings by 5 cm (in total). The parts of the body kit and the hood are molded from carbon fiber. The coupe is powered by a 580 hp Ford Performance Aluminator XS 5.2-liter petrol engine mated to a T-56 6-speed manual gearbox and a Strange Engineering rear differential. Front and rear used fully independent wheel suspension with adjustable suspension stiffness. Six-piston brakes and HRE rims are also installed.

The last of the Ringbrothers exhibits at SEMA is the Chevy Camaro Strode. This car is only stylized as a 1969 Camaro, in fact, the body here is made from scratch, all its external panels are molded from carbon fiber, and the supporting frame is welded from steel pipes. The show car is 12.7 cm wider than the historical prototype and has a wheelbase 3.8 cm longer. A Chevrolet LS3 engine is installed under the hood, which was boosted to 1010 hp with the help of a supercharger. It is mated to a T-56 6-speed manual transmission and a John's Industries rear differential. All suspensions are independent, reinforced brakes are installed.
