Japanese tuning studio DAMD will present three types of styling kits for the Suzuki Jimny frame SUV in mid-January at the Tokyo Motor Show - they allow you to style the car under the modern Mercedes-Benz G-Class and G-Class AMG or under the classic G-Class of the 1979 model.
The kit that turns Jimny into a 40-year-old Gelendvagen is called G-Tradition. It includes original bumpers, wheel arch extensions, a radiator grill, frames and protective grilles for headlights, direction indicators displayed on the hood, stylish rims, massive side mirrors, rectangular fog lights, plastic moldings on the sidewalls and a gas tank filler made without a hatch. The radiator grille consists of a large number of horizontal slots, the side mirrors are mounted on a bracket bent from a steel bar, the rims with divergent stiffening ribs resemble the Merc wheels of the 70s.
The kits that turn the Jimny into an imitation of the modern G-Class and G-Class AMG are called Little G and Little G Advanced, respectively.
Little G Advanced features original vertical-toothed grille, headlight goggles, hood-mounted direction indicators, massive fender flares, larger bumpers and multi-spoke alloy wheels (black + silver). In addition, there are original rear LED lights and moldings on the sidewalls.
Little G includes original body-colored bumpers and fender flares, a radiator grille with chrome frame and horizontal slats, turn indicators mounted on the hood, rear LED lights, sidewall moldings and multi-spoke wheels (black + silver).
