The full-size crossover Nissan Pathfinder R53, which has been produced since 2021, has got a new modification - it is called Rock Creek and is distinguished by preparation for heavy off-road.
The list of improvements relative to the standard crossover includes:
off-road suspension with 1.6 cm higher ground clearance (19.4 cm instead of 17.8 cm);
light-alloy wheels of original design on special tires with off-road tread;
tourist roof rack with a carrying capacity of 100 kg;
original grille with matte trim;
special Rock Creek badges on the body;
combined seat upholstery (leatherette + fabric) with embroidery;
improved 3.5 L VQ35DD V6 petrol engine: power increased to 295 hp (+11 hp), torque - up to 366 Nm (+15 Nm);
contrasting orange stitching on the seat upholstery, steering wheel rim trim, front panel and door cards.
Rock Creek comes standard with a surround view camera system with off-road mode, a 2,722kg tow bar, LED fog lights, and second-row captain's chairs.
Sales of the Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek will start in the US and Canada in late summer 2022.
