The British company McLaren has announced a new model in the Sports Series line - 570GT. The car will be shown next week in Geneva.
The manufacturer claims that the 570GT will be the most comfortable sports car in the history of the brand and will be able to claim the title of an everyday car suitable for long trips.
Salon 570GT is designed for two people. Both chairs are equipped with electric drives and settings in eight positions. The coupe received a fixed panoramic roof with 18% tint and a film coating that neutralizes solar radiation and provides additional sound insulation.
In addition to the standard 150-liter boot at the front of the car, the 570GT is equipped with another 220-liter storage space, which is located behind the seat backs. It is accessed through a hinged door from the outside.
The McLaren 570GT received a 3.8-liter V8 with two turbochargers known from other models, developing 570 hp. power and 600 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a seven-speed "robot". It will take 3.4 seconds to accelerate to 100 km / h, and the sports car will pick up the second “hundred” in 9.8 seconds.
Let's add that the 570GT is equipped with the same suspension as the rest of the platform models, but with some differences. In particular, the new modification received 15% softer springs at the front and 10% at the rear.
