Mazda Motor has introduced slightly updated versions of the MX-30 and MX-30 EV sports crossovers to specification for the Japanese domestic market.
In the cabin of the standard hybrid version of the crossover, for greater convenience, the button for turning on the sport mode of the transmission was re-arranged. There are new body color options - bright red Soul Red Crystal Metallic (metallic), dark gray Jet Black Mica and sandy Zircon Sand Metallic (metallic).
The all-electric MX-30 EV adds AC1500W (trunk) and AC150W (front console) outlets.
Sales of the updated Mazda MX-30 in Japan will start in early November, the hybrid version costs from 2,640,000 yen, the electric version starts from 4,510,000 yen.
The hybrid version of the model is equipped with a 2.0-liter gasoline engine, assisted by a 24-volt starter-generator and a lithium-ion battery. Gearbox - 6-band "automatic", drive - front or full.
The electric version uses the e-SKYACTIV power plant, consisting of a 145 hp electric motor. (torque - 270 Nm) and a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 35.5 kWh. The crossover is capable of driving up to 256 km with a full battery charge.
