Mazda Motor will hold the world premiere of a new full-size crossover with the CX-90 index on January 31. The car will have a three-row interior layout and will be the largest off-road vehicle in the history of the brand. On the eve of the imminent presentation of the crossover, the Japanese company has revealed some information about it.
In the basic configuration, the CX-90 will receive a 3.3-liter in-line 6-cylinder petrol turbo engine. Its power will be 340 hp, it will be assisted in certain modes by a starter-generator (a “mild hybrid” type system).
Mazda has now released two promotional photos of the CX-90, the teasers showing the front of the car and a portion of the rear.
The target market for the CX-90 will be North America, that is, the US and Canada.
