The five-meter crossover Kia Telluride has been produced since 2019, after three years of production, the Korean company introduced its updated version.
There are not many changes outside. The front was refreshed with a tiger nose grille, headlights with new graphics and another bumper with a massive gray-steel frame for the air intake. The rear bumper is also new - with a gray-steel segment, in addition, the graphics of the lights have changed.
New body colors have been added to the palette - Midnight Lake Blue (dark blue metallic), Dawning Red (dark cherry metallic), Jungle Wood Green (pistachio metallic). The style of the rims has been changed.
In the cabin there is an enlarged screen of the media system (12.3 inches instead of 10.3), it became possible to distribute the Internet via Wi-Fi and update the media complex over the air. The diagonal of the projection display has also been increased - instead of 8.5 inches, it has become 10.
The list of equipment includes an SAE level 2 semi-autopilot that relies on navigation data (automatic control of acceleration, deceleration and taxiing, but the driver must control the situation).
In addition to the standard version of the crossover, special versions of the X-Line and X-Pro have been prepared. The first includes the original grille, roof rails, specially designed wheels and increased ground clearance by 10 mm. The second is 18-inch off-road tires and an increased maximum trailer weight (2500 kg instead of 2300 kg).
The engine is the same - a 3.8-liter V6 petrol with a capacity of 291 hp, it is combined with an 8-speed "automatic" and all-wheel drive. Downhill braking control has been added to the transmission.
Sales in Korea and North America will start within a few weeks.
