Now General Motors has finally officially announced the return of the Hummer.
In fact, Hummer will be revived not as a brand, but as a model. It will belong to the GMC brand, which specializes in SUVs and pickups.
The car will get a bold design and impressive features. The characteristics sound promising: power - 1000 hp, acceleration time 0-100 km / h - 3 seconds. In this case, we are talking about a very large SUV with a brutal appearance.
So far, only a short video has been published, which captures the front of the car. The electric car will receive a front grille in the style of the old Hummers. In this case, the headlights will no longer be round.
The presentation of GMC Hummer will take place on May 20, 2020. Sales should begin in the fall of 2021. The car will be produced at the Detroit-Hamtramck plant in Michigan. Now Chevrolet Impala and Cadillac CT6 sedans are being assembled there.
