Nissan Executive Vice President Andy Palmer said the Infiniti QX30 compact crossover will go into production in 2015.
So far, only the appearance of the model in the UK market is known - it will be produced at the plant in Sunderland along with the Q30 hatchback, which will serve as the basis for the SUV.
Detailed information about the technical component of the QX30 is not yet available, but Nissan representatives have previously said that the model could share the platform of the Nissan Juke. At the same time, the novelty will not be a converted copy of the mentioned Nissan crossover, which will be sold in China.
Presumably, the QX30 will be equipped with engines jointly developed by Infiniti and Mercedes-Benz.
