The Chinese auto giant Great Wall Motor is preparing to expand its range of frame off-road pickups with another promising model - it is called the King Kong Cannon. The manufacturer published branded photos of the upcoming novelty, additional images leaked through the database of the Ministry of Industry of China.
According to Chinese media reports, the King Kong Cannon will be aimed at young entrepreneurs. The car has a four-door, five-seat cab and exterior in the latest iteration of the Great Wall corporate identity, LED headlights, a huge grille with bold chrome surrounds, and intricate sidewall stampings that visually lighten the silhouette.
The length, width and height of the Great Wall King Kong Cannon are 5635, 1880 and 1815 mm respectively, the wheelbase is 3410 mm.
The car will be equipped with a 2.0-liter GW4D20M turbodiesel with a capacity of 166 hp. Other details will be known on November 19, when the public premiere of new items at the international auto show in Guangzhou.
