Chrysler to unveil Airflow Vision concept at CES 2020

In 1934, Chrysler released the Airflow sedan, which was the first American car with a faired body. Now the company has developed a concept of the same name and is going to present it at the CES 2020 consumer electronics show, which opens on January 7th.

The Chrysler Pacifica hybrid minivan platform was taken as the basis for the project. The authors of the concept tried to create the perfect car for long trips and travel. Inside there are four individual seats: two in front and two in the back.

The abundance of screens is not surprising: a couple of them are even built into the front panel in front of the passenger. At the same time, in general, the interior does not look too detached from reality: with minimal changes, this one can be launched into mass production.

There is no word yet on whether the Chrysler Airflow Vision will turn into a new model for the company or simply indicate the direction of its development. But Chrysler has not introduced new items under its brand for several years. In 2016, he released the Pacifica minivan, and the 300 sedan, although formally changed its generation in 2011, but takes its origins back in 2004. At the same time, Chrysler no longer has other models.
