Part of the Volkswagen British Bentley introduced a new coupe Mulliner Batur - this model will be released in a limited edition of 18 copies.
Mulliner Batur is made in the dimensions of the modern Continental GT, that is, its length is about 4.9 m. The body of the novelty is completely original, created from scratch. The exterior is characterized by a drop-down roof, massive sidewalls with deep punching, narrowed LED headlights and lanterns. The look was created under the direction of the new design director of the British brand, Andreas Mindt. Prior to Bentley, he worked for 25 years at other Volkswagen structures.
Oddly enough, the Mulliner Batur is not an electric car. The machine is equipped with a serial 6.0-liter W12 with twin turbocharging. For the new coupe, the unit was boosted to 710 hp. of power and 1,000 Nm of torque, this made the Mulliner Batur the most powerful Bentley ever. The drive is full, the suspension is pneumatic with active electronic anti-roll bars. There is also an electronically controlled limited slip differential.
As noted above, the new development will be assembled in a circulation of 18 units, each of which will be sold at a price of 1.65 million pounds ($2.0 million). Production will start in 2023.
