Audi is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the first generation TT Coupé with the launch of the current generation TT special edition. The novelty is called the TT RS Iconic Edition, it will be collected in a circulation of only 100 copies - all will be sold in Europe.
The Iconic Edition is distinguished from the regular TT RS by the nostalgic steel-gray Nardo Grey, 20-inch wheels of the original design, Iconic Edition nameplates, and a proprietary aerodynamic body kit. At the anniversary car, the rear lights are made using organic light-emitting diode (OLED) technology.
Inside, there are special stitching on the sports seats, Alcantara inserts in the door cards, yellow accents, and a plate with an engraved individual car number.
There are no technical differences from the standard TT RS. A 2.5-liter petrol turbo engine with 395 hp is installed under the hood. and 480 Nm of torque, it is combined with a 7-speed S Tronic automatic transmission and Quattro all-wheel drive. From standstill to 100 km / h, the coupe accelerates in 3.7 seconds, the maximum speed reaches 280 km / h.
Recall that the current generation Audi TT Type FV / 8S has been produced since 2014.
